Review A Submitted Safety Management Plan

Instructions

To review a Safety Management Plan

1. Log into HammerTech
2. Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right hand corner
3. Select Safety Plan >  Review Pending
   
   
   
   
4. Select the Safety Management Plan to be reviewed
5. Select the 'Download' icon to review the digital copy of the Safety Management Plan
6. Select the Options cog icon in the top right corner
7. Select 'Review'
8. Complete the Safety Management Plan Review Checklist (To create a checklist see Safety Plan > Create a Safety Management Plan Review Checklist)
9. Enter any reviewer notes if applicable
10. Select the green 'Accept' icon to approve the Safety Management Plan
11. Or, Select 'Reject' to reject the Safety Management Plan. It is advised to add notes in the 'Reviewer Notes' section if rejecting to add details as to why it was rejected
