Powered by HammerTech Intelligence (HTI), you can now upload an audio or video recording of your pre-task meeting to help auto-fill key sections of your Pre-Task Plan. This makes it faster to complete plans and better reflects what was actually discussed on site.
Submit Pre-Task Plan
- Login to HammerTech and select the project from the drop-down menu
- Using the left-hand menu, click on Pre-Task Plans then select Create New
- Enter the Work Date & Time, select the submitting Employer, and enter the Title
- Select Create to go into the Pre-Task Plan form.

Under Upload Meeting Recordings, click Choose File to upload your Meeting Recording. Please Note: Support Formats include MP3, M4A, WAV, MP4 and MOV only.
- Once completed, Click Accept & Continue to proceed. If you choose Discard, you’ll continue manually without any data extraction.

Once complete, the following areas will be filled in by HammerTech Intelligence:
- Tasks, Hazards and Controls
- Any Yes/No/NA, Yes/No and Free Text response fields
Important: HammerTech Intelligence gives you a head start, but you should still review and confirm the details. Final responsibility rests with the user submitting the Pre-Task Plan.
- Complete any Remaining sections, including;
- Task Assignees
- Location
- Associated Permits
- Associated Equipment
- Relevant SWMS
- Any Observations
- Employer/Worker Assignments
- Review Checklist (If Applicable)
- Click Save to submit your Pre-Task Plan. If you wish to submit your Pre-Task Plan without the use of HTI, please follow the link here
